The tools

The site offers tools for streamers. Most are free; Games are paid (see Games: renting and buying). Features can change, pause or end at any time, and new ones may be added. We do our best to keep things running, but can't promise they always will.

Your account

Only connect accounts that are yours, and keep your sign-in and password safe.
Overlay, dock and webhook links work like passwords: anyone with one can see or use what it gives access to. Keep them private and make a new one if a link leaks.
You're responsible for what happens through your account, including messages sent and moderation actions taken with the tools.

Fair use

Don't use the site to harass anyone, to spam, or to break the rules of Twitch, Kick, YouTube or any other platform or service you connect. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the site's security. Accounts that do may be suspended or removed.

Other platforms and services

The tools work with Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Streamlabs, Ko-fi, Fourthwall, Patreon, Throne and others. Their own terms apply when you use them, and their features depend on what they allow, so things can change or stop working when they change. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

YouTube. The site's YouTube features use the YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Your content

What you create and send through the tools stays yours. You let the site store and show it as needed to run the tools for you.

Pictures, sounds and links

Wheels, brackets, games, alerts and other tools can show pictures and play sounds that you upload or link to. Only upload or link to what you made yourself or have permission to use: a sound, song, picture or clip from a TV show, game, film or artist usually isn't yours to use, even with credit. Never upload or link to anything that is illegal, sexual, hateful, violent or graphic, that shows a person without their consent, or that breaks the rules of the platforms you stream on.

What plays and shows on your stream is your responsibility, including your alerts' and games' sounds. Platforms may mute or remove streams and VODs with music or sounds you don't have the rights to.
Uploads are recorded with the account that made them.
We can remove anything against these rules without notice, and stop an account from uploading or suspend it.
Illegal material, especially anything sexualising minors, is reported to the authorities.
To report something, use the "Report" link on the page showing it, or the contact form ("Report content").

Copyright takedowns

If something on the site uses your copyrighted work without permission, send a notice through the contact form ("Report content") with:

the work you own, and the link(s) on this site where it appears;
your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by you, your agent or the law;
a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the work or are allowed to act for its owner;
your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).

We remove or disable what the notice names and tell the account that posted it. If you posted something that was removed and believe it was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter notice the same way: identify what was removed and where it was, give your name, address, phone number and email, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, agree to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where the site may be found), and sign it. Unless the copyright owner tells us within 10 to 14 business days that they've gone to court, we may put it back. Accounts that repeatedly post others' copyrighted work lose the ability to upload, and may be closed.

Games: renting and buying

Games (gameshows you run with your chat and guests) are paid. Each game can be rented for a set time or bought; the price, the currency and the rental length are shown before you pay.

Renting gives you the game from the moment you pay until the end of the rental period shown at checkout. It doesn't renew on its own. When it ends, your setup for that game (your boards, questions, contestants and settings) is kept, so renting or buying it again carries on where you left off.
Buying gives you a licence to use that game on this site for as long as the site offers Games, including its updates. It isn't ownership of the game itself: its design, look, code and the site's sounds and pictures stay ours (or their creator's).
Using them: a game is for your own channel(s). Your mods can run it for you. You may stream it, including on monetized streams. Don't resell, share or sublicense your access to anyone else.
Your content: the boards, questions and answers you write stay yours (see "Your content").
Paying: payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change, but never for something you've already paid for.

Refunds

Within 14 days of paying, if you haven't started a game with what you paid for, you can get a full refund: ask through the contact form.
Once you've started a game with it, a rental or purchase isn't refundable, except where the law says otherwise or where a fault on our side stopped the game from working; then we'll refund you or extend your rental.
If you're in the EU or UK: at checkout you ask for access to start straight away, and you agree that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once you start a game with it. Before that, you can cancel within 14 days as above.
If we stop offering a game: rentals still running are refunded for the time left. For a game you bought, we'll give at least 30 days' notice, and refund purchases made in the 12 months before.
A payment that's charged back or reversed ends that rental or purchase, and may suspend the account until it's settled.

Support

Supporting the site is voluntary and appreciated. It doesn't buy special features, guarantees or priority, and isn't refundable unless the payment service you used says otherwise.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or from it not working (for example a missed alert or message).

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
